Strawberry Club
1.5 oz gin or vodka
.75 oz bubbs strawberry hibiscus syrup
.5 oz lemon juice (or squeeze half lemon)
2 dash bubbs lemon tree bitters
Shake well and strain into a martini glass
Bitter Lemon Collins
1.5 oz gin, vodka, or rum
1 oz lemon chamomile syrup
.25 oz lemon juice (or squeeze half lemon)
.25 oz Liber & co tonic syrup
Top seltzer
In a glass combine all ingredients except seltzer. Stir gently while topping off glass with ice cold seltzer. Garnish with a lemon peel or wedge.
Root Of It All
2 oz rye whiskey
.25 oz tamarind root beer syrup
3-4 dashes dark roots bitters
In an old fashioned glass combine all ingredients, then add ice and stir gently. Garnish with a lemon and an orange peel.
Island Vice
2 oz silver tequila or mezcal
.75 oz pineapple ginger syrup
.5 oz lime juice
pinch spicy salt (tajin)
Top ginger beer or seltzer
In a tall glass combine everything but the ginger beer. Stir gently while adding ice cold ginger beer and garnish with a lime wheel or pineapple wedge.

Strawberry Fields
8 oz seltzer
.5 oz strawberry hibiscus syrup
2-3 dash lemon tree bitters
In a tall glass filled with ice first fill with seltzer and leave 1/2 inch from rim of glass. Add syrup and bitters and stir gently. Garnish with mint and a strawberry slice.
Fizzy Lemonade
8 oz seltzer
1 oz lemon chamomile syrup
.25 oz lemon juice (or squeeze half lemon)
2-3 dash lemon tree bitters
In a tall glass filled with ice first fill with seltzer and leave 1/2 inch from rim of glass. Add syrup and bitters and stir gently. Garnish with a lemon wedge or peel.
Root Beer Barrel
8 oz seltzer
1 oz Tamarind root beer syrup
.25 oz lime juice (or squeeze half lime)
2-3 dash dark roots bitters
In a tall glass filled with ice first fill with seltzer and leave 1/2 inch from rim of glass. Add syrup and bitters and stir gently. Garnish with a lime wedge or wheel.
Hula Hut
8 oz seltzer
1 oz Liber & co passionfruit syrup
.5 oz pineapple ginger syrup
.5 oz orange juice
.5 oz lemon juice
In a tall glass filled with ice first fill with seltzer and leave 1/2 inch from rim of glass. Add syrup stir gently. Garnish with an umbrella, a pineapple wedge, a curly straw, and be sure to wear a Hawaiian shirt.
